Hypnosis * Regression * EFT
Hypnosis is not the mysterious magic seen in movies or stage shows. Defined by Psychology Today: "Hypnosis is a genuine psychological phenomenon that has valid uses in clinical practice. Simply put, hypnosis is a state of highly focused attention or concentration, often associated with relaxation, and heightened suggestibility. While under hypnosis (i.e., in a hypnotic trance), ...people are much more open to helpful suggestions than they usually are."
In other words, a hypnosis creates the ideal state of suggestibility where Cathy Kay expertly assists your mind to reprogram any negative patterns to positive behavior patterns and perspectives.
Regression Therapy uses guided hypnosis to bring forth a memory or experience in your life or previous life that is of immediate significance to your current experience. Whether one believes in past lives or not is of no relevance to having a profoundly enriching experience, an emotional healing and even a physical healing. The process simply allows you to bypass your conscious mind to deeper truths. Whether real or a subconscious weaving of your own narrative, they both come from our higher mind which gives us profound insight into our behavior, thoughts, patterns, desires, phobias, anxiety, etc.
As your mind is your creator, whatever the mind is sharing through a regression is relevant to your personal growth right now. Cathy Kay expertly and compassionately guides you on a journey through time to uncover past influences on your present reality to help you know yourself better and make better choices - in this life - to live your very best life.
EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique
Known commonly today as "Tapping", EFT is essentially emotional acupressure. It uses the meridian centers of the body common in Chinese medicine. It can reprogram neural pathway responses to emotional trauma by tapping on a series of energetic points on the body while the person is feeling the emotional triggers.
One session of EFT can neutralize negative thought responses to various issues. Intense feelings of rage, sadness, jealously, inadequacy, fear, anxiety and especially PTSD are examples of imbalanced states that can be controlled with EFT.
